As EMP has grown in size, it has developed groups of regionally focused teams which are dedicated to the management and operation of EMP's various regional funds. The teams benefit from a strong central core in Washington D.C. and the exchange of information and practices on a global basis so that all EMP funds share the highest standards of governance.  All of EMP's funds benefit from the firm's deal flow network, contacts, and accumulated investment experience.

EMP's regional teams allow investors to benefit from the extensive knowledge which its experienced investment professionals have of the local economy, capital markets, and investment opportunities in their respective regions.  Each team has also developed a deep reservoir of valuable regional contacts among business and governmental leaders, industry experts, multinational corporations active in that region, local lenders and investment banks, the regional offices of international lenders and investment banks, and regional and international development institutions.  It is the goal of each EMP regional team to identify and gain knowledge of virtually every investment opportunity that arises in sectors of interest to them in their region.
